Would prefer to do just the PM though.. ugg. My lazy butt does not want to get out of bed in the mornings.. :)
 
Bright and Early in the morning...

I never know if I am going to get done with work in time to hit the gym....

Yep. I lift 3x a week though, so not everyday is am and pm.

You work a zillion hours a week, I wouldn't be able to get up in the morning either if I did that.. as it is I want to cry every time the alarm goes off.
 
Yeah I want to get a small eleptical for at home so I can do cardio in the moring.

Seashell normally I work one week night then Friday and Saturday night. Does not seem like much to me but I am crazy. Oh I called in sick last night to tired to work. Got a good night sleep though.

It has been one of those weeks... Crunch time and 2 weeks behind...:(

So we are having daily "Crisis Meetings" and putting in 16 hour days....

How about you...and you dazzling them?

Same thing here.....pretty laid back...just kicking out designs......I think I would much rather be doing what you are.
 
Run in the AM, do weights in the PM, usually try to sneak out and get them done by like 8PM.
 
AM this week but that doesn't leave enough time for both lifting and cardio.
 
I can't work out in the morning. I like to have a few meals in me first. It's either before 3pm or after 8pm. I hate going during primetime. Smelly old fat fucks stinking up the joint and taking up space.
