i posted a thread last night about an injury i have with my shoulder and i am coming off a six month break.no training at all!well i have also started a cycle since i am back training witch has been a month..someone commented that i am wasting gear b/c i should work out all naturalllll for a couple of months...is this true?i am wasting gear??i am on a bulking cycle.. tes susp,drols,tes cyp and tren..and eventually pct..
