Am I eating enough?

My diet. Currently I weigh 156.

Breakfast
1 Large Navel Orange
1 Big ass bowl of wheaties/bran flakes
1 Whey protein shake 20g

Lunch
2 PB Sandwichs
Lotta Juice
1 Can Albacore

Snack
1 Can Albacore
1 Whey protein shake 20g

Dinner
Half large can of green beans and potatoes
Half large can of collard/mustard or turnip greens
2 Large Hamburgers 80/20
 
what is your goal? if you're trying to bulk up, then i dont' think your eating nearly enough.

u really need to write down how much protein/fat/carbs etc is in everything to know exactly what your eating. 2 PB sandwiches can REALLY vary in the amount of cals/macronutrients it has depending on who makes it you know...
 
I'm in between bulking and sustaining. Here's the nutritional info on the stuff I eat. Also I was told that if your feces floats then your diet is correct. Is that true.

Large Navel Orange(it covers most of em along with my multi vitamin)

Wheat Bread(4 Slices)

Cereal(1 1/2 cups)

Milk(5 cups)

65g Carbs

Greens (Half Can or 2.5 servings)
7.5g Sugar
7.5g Fiber

Green Beans n Potatoes(Half Can or 2.5 servings)
5.5g Sugar
5.5g Fiber
15g Starch
5.5g Protein

Peanut Butter(4 tablespoons I assume)

Wow I never knew I ate so much protein. LoL 209g a day.

Whats that mean?

Do one or the other. If you go half assed in any way, you'll get half assed results. You want to bulk then bulk. You apparently want to bulk, and you apparently know you;re not eating enough to bulk.

The info on what to eat and how much is all over he boards, just do a search. For starters, eat at 16x your body weight in cals, probably a 40/30/30 ratio also.
 
Well I'm not doing it half assed. I just am not sure that I need to consume more. I gained in between 2-3lbs since last week. I am never at a point in which I feel hungry during the day. Although I'm not sure whether I even need to bulk as I am not concerned with my physical size as much as I am concerned with being stronger, and my body seems to be gaining strength nicely for now.
 
As to the floating feces thing. I saw a definite difference when I started taking psyllium husk fiber daily.
