When I first started AAS I said I'd never bridge, those guys are nuts. Well 2 years later here I am. I'll be comming off a long cycle of heavy test and I tend to lose most of my weight. I'm going to try the 10mg bridge. It sounds good in theory, but does anyone have any proof that it works? I'm just worried about getting my natural T levels where they should be. Also I'm in college so my sleep patters aren't the same from day to day. Somedays I get up at 7 and some days I sleep til noon. Does it matter when you take it as long as you take it right when you get up, or should I set my alarm for the same time every morning and then go back to sleep?
