When I first started AAS I said I'd never bridge, those guys are nuts. Well 2 years later here I am. I'll be comming off a long cycle of heavy test and I tend to lose most of my weight. I'm going to try the 10mg bridge. It sounds good in theory, but does anyone have any proof that it works? I'm just worried about getting my natural T levels where they should be. Also I'm in college so my sleep patters aren't the same from day to day. Somedays I get up at 7 and some days I sleep til noon. Does it matter when you take it as long as you take it right when you get up, or should I set my alarm for the same time every morning and then go back to sleep?

You might wanna search over at AF about this subject. There's a lot of good info over there.

According to Ulter, you should take your dose as soon as you get up before doing ANYTHING. You don't have to set your alarm or anything, just take it when you get up normally.

I think it is a good idea when coming off a heavy cycle, personally. I'd stop the taper before the last week of clomid so you can come off of everything entirely on that last week. Keep us updated how it goes for you.
good luck--
