Alternative to dermovan cream

Does anyone know of a cream you can use to mix spiro tabs with to make a topical solution?

Ive looked at previous posts about ppl mixing the tabs in alcohol and i was wondering if any cream with alcohol in it would be usable.

I need an alternative since im in the uk and the only place ive found that sells dermovan is msdepot and they dont seem to deliver to the uk.

I was also wondering about an alternative to dermovan since it's consistency is quite "thick."
