Alternative natural carb sources

Hey guys! Got a question here about carbs. If I elimited sweet stuff and bread from my diet, do I still need to do refeed days, or I can just rely on the carbs I get from other food, like potatoes? Or I need to completely eliminate my carbs, and do them only once or twice per week?
