Alternating FLAXSEED and FISH OIL

HI all

Newbie question coming up!!!

spent last two weeks researching the FLAX oil V FISH oil debate using all the posts that i could find on here!!!

seems to be great benefits in taking both for differing reasons!!!

some say flax some say fish!!!

what do people think about alternating the oils daily???? I am currently taking 3 Tbsps of flax oil daily.

What if i was to alternate this with fish oil and take same amounts at same time each day???

does anyone see problems or benefits???

Take both?I add a tblsoon olive oil to brown rice during the day,and flax in my whey before bedtime.
