Alt for bloating

This might be the case for some, A-dex great for bloat but is expensive, Few people I know if bloat isn't overwelhming, My buddy mixes some water with some epson salt, it moves the bloat from the stomach into the intestines and out ya you know where. But it seems to help him relieve the bloat a bit. Just wanted to know if anyone else here has done that, might be an extra help for bloat.

I wasn't consentrating on the Money aspect. More of the fact that it can "help" release tension and bloat in your stomach and since Adex is expensive....maybe you won't have to use as much.

Dunno about that.......I quess its a possibilty, but I will stick with aromasin.
