any help would be cool.
i started my work out program back in 99. im one of those people that puts on a few if i dont watch what i eat. so anyway back in 99 a trainer turned me onto a program. at the time i started i was at about 180lbs and im about 5'6 height so if you do the math thats a little thick.
my program was mon-wed-fri-sun but 99% of the time i never made it sunday so i avg 3 times per week. i was doing chest/arms one day, back shoulders the next then back to chest and arms. i never really worked my legs. i did the norm 3 sets of 12-15 and 30 cardio following each workout and i would do abs everynight before i went to bed. my diet was very good, i took protein/aminos/fat burner/mutli vitamins and thats about it. i never got hardcore steroids or anything. now im sure to some of you that workout program was the worst thing ever but it worked for me. it took me about 1 yr and i dropped down to about 145-150 and was pretty lean. i was happy, of course i didnt know it at the time cause about 2 years ago i just quite and know im back upto 180-190 and i actully see what i had, know what i mean. i never got a hard six pack (dont know why, i thought i was doing enough) but again looking back i had alot less body fat and way more tone. when i started my program i was 25yrs old. this was back in 99. now im 30 and im sure ive hit that whole (metabo change)
so now here we are and i want to get back into it. my gym time is limited to first thing in the morning 5am. ive got about an hour to spare.
i want to know what can i do to get leaned up in about 6months flat, should i use a steroid? should i use anything else other than protein, aminios and vitamins? i will be taking GHB to sleep better cause my life just cant call for getting to bed at a decent hour to get up at 430am so thats why im taking that. i took it last time i was in a routine cause i got up early too. i didnt mind it.
again can anyone suggest how i can get mad results in about 6months.
