almost done with my clen cycle

I didnt see the results I wanted for the two weeks I was doing cardio in the am, with the occasional oversleeping. Dieting was there, but I dont think the calories were there. Take a look at the way I ran my cycle, I only lost about 4lbs.

Day 1 20mcg 1/20/2004
Day 2 20mcg 5:40am, 20mcg 6:20am. 1/21/2004
Day 3 20mcg 5:40am, 40mcg 6:15am 1/22/2004
Day 4 60mcg 5:40am, 20mcg 11:45am 1/23/2004
day 5 60mcg 10:30am,40mcg 1:00pm 1/24/2004

Day 7 60mcg 5:40am, 40mcg 1:00pm 1/26/2004

I guess I was too fat to see results with clen. I started at 185 and now am at 182. The belly is where I have my fat and I am about 5'8" Can someone let me know what I did wrong with my cycle, did i space them too far apart??
 
You have to state WAY more than u just told us.. details bro.

Do you weight train? How often do you perform cardio?
How many cals do you consume in a day? What's your macronutrient breakdown. etc...
 
Sorry I didnt think about that. I weight train only on the weekend, friday, saturday, sunday 2 muscles a day. The cardio is 5-7 days a week. The calories are very very low, I think that is my problem for not seeing good results. If i would have to estimate it would be about 1500 cal a day :( The diets consits of lean ham, turkey, and mainly meats like that. I drink about 1 gal of water a day, and all workouts are on an empty stomach. The calories also cosist of my protoplex deluxe shakes, when there was no time for a meal. Hope that helps I eat only about 3 times a day, as I forget and am not hungry most of the time. I need to start reading and try to find something will will help me lose some of the lbs but not require the calories to be in the 2,000 because I just dont have the time to eat that much during the day.
 
I used to have that issue now I just eat a protein bar or meal replacment between my normal meals. It helps alittle.

I am going to try that when I start my next clen cycle, I have been on for about two weeks, then my off period then back on with better dieting. I want to get down to LEAN 175.
 
you need to get your diet in check...thats why you didnt lose anything....not eating before you workout or anything thats not vewry good
 
those aren't horrible results for just 12 days man.

just keep at it and make sure you are making solid food choices at every single meal.
 
Thanks guys. I am gonna try and diet better with my next cycle of clen. Can someone correct me if I am wrong, but I am supposed to have a 1 week off period correct?? 2 weeks on 1 off.
 
one more question guys, does it really make that much of a difference if the 2 gals of water are not consumed. as far as weight loss.
