Almighty's Pics - 7 Weeks out from Competition

As you can see from my pics, I lied about competing...in a way. Decided it would be best to compete against myself.

Stats in the pics are:
5'8
208
14%bf

I am starting 150mg/ed of fina tommorow for the next 7 weeks, and my goal is to get down to 9% or God willing 8% bodyfat while staying above 200 pounds. I am currently 5 weeks into 600mg/week of eq, and I just recently started 50mg/eod of winny. I have also been running 1mg/eod of anastrozole. In the past 5 weeks I have gained 8 pounds and dropped about 1% of bodyfat due to a great diet. I do no cardio, but keep my rests inbetween sets shorter whilst working out.

Two things: I will not remove the tank top until I can see my abs again, so this will have to due for now. I will also not remove the pants until I shave them legs.;) Take my word for it when I say that my legs are in good perportion with my upper body, despite 2 injuries in the past year (football incident and getting hit by an acura while walking home from the gym).

Anyway, here goes nothing. Oh, and honesty is appreciated. I do not have emotional problems, so I dont wanna hear just "Hey keep up the great work!!"

BTW, I posted these on the anabolic forum just to get some more replies before they are moved.... and to piss off the mods. :D

You got some size, but i think u need to add some light cardio maybe 2 or 3x times a week for myabe four weeks just to give u a little boost.

Ya true that. I was going to start 2 days a week of high intensity sprints once I started my fina this week.
 
wow i can tell a huge difference now that you have bulked up... got that le priest muscletech thing going on... don;t worry too much you saw your abs before and now you will see them again soon... and keep some of that muscle... guns look huge btw.

Good luck with the sprints while on fina. My cardiovascular endurance is shit on fina and I run 3 miles 3 days per week. I am running 112.5 mg ed and I am huffing and puffing after 10 mins of moderate cardio.

Everyone has one body part that grows faster than the rest, and my arms seem to be it unfortunately. I bust ass on my chest, back, shoulders, and legs and my arms still outgrow them no matter what. Kinda sucks because I dont wanna be looked at as one of those 15 year olds who works out his arms 4 days a week.

Fina is weird like that. I can do cardio just fine and dandy, but when I attempt to go up a flight of stairs or even get into bed I run out of breath. I talked to Zyg and he noticed the same thing.:confused:

in all seriousness at least 20lbs heavier same muscle size though

no weights for months now but fixen to start and if the shoulder kicks in im gonna get a shot in it but the plan is to work out with very steady control until been at it for 3 months then start the stuff

the deca will take care of the shoulder while i gain then when off lower weights and practice perfect form and hope for the best

weight at time of pic 205 arm measure 16 3/4 pumped height 6'2"

first almighty imop its time to start cutting down, 208 is a nice bulk weight but I think its to heavy on your frame at this point... I would like to see you at 190-95 totally shredded...

Doing alot of high intensity workouts...and sprints instead of any long term cardio. Because like many others I find tren really causes so severve breathing problems. But your arms look real thick, and after cutting youll be ready for the beach.

BTW 150 ed fina is the shit brother, but 4 months of tren is even better...ill post pics in july

Exactly what I was thinking. I would like to stay above 200 and be able to see all 6 abs, but 195 and shredded would be even better. We will see what happens.
 
My observation, you have some good size and bulkiness but you need refinement.... you need to train all your bodyparts with equal intensity and effectiveness and improve your eating...that combined with 1/2 the drugs will do far more for you than 3x the dosage.

Exactly. My diet has been pretty fuckin good the last few weeks which is the reason why I dropped bodyfat while gaining 7-8 pounds.

I will continue with this diet and, like I said, add in the high-intensity cardio 2-3 times a week.

I miss the days when I was at 6%, and that is what is driving me this time around.

No bro....much better to do lower intensity work as it will burn more fat and calories.
Try this..........30 minutes on the tread mill every other day. Keep your heart rate between 65 and 80% of its max. Your max heart rate is roughly 220 minus your age.
Be sure you take your head set so you can listen to and watch TV as it is very boring. If you can run on the beach or trails it will be better.
Nothing burns calories like running, except cross country skiing.
If you hate running then try steep hill climbing. Try to find a very steep hill to climb or walk for 30 minutes. As a matter of fact the larger man is much better suited to this and it will burn perhaps even more calories.

Oh and bro 150 mg of tren every day is a lot! Generally 50-75 will fully saturate AR and some guys venture up to 100.

Keep an eye on those androgenic sides and keep us posted ...perhaps it will give you better gains......seems like a bit of a waste to me though but thats just my opinion.

people laugh when i complain that my arms grow to fast but dude its so true...they make my shoulders and chest look really subpar. i really dont want people to think im an "every day is arm day" kinda guy

Keep an eye on those androgenic sides and keep us posted ...perhaps it will give you better gains......seems like a bit of a waste to me though but thats just my opinion.

i would be very worried about progesterone sides i know hes taking winny but the blocking effects of winny are unproven or at least unmeasured thats over a gram of tren a week

understanding that tren is in and out quick thats still a shitload

as far as ar saturation why do people take over a few hundred mgs of tes

if receptors were saturated so far as to make the tren a waste i would be very suprised

almighty look for the sides and continue to take the winny and please report any possitive (side blocking) action the winny has dont get gyno but hey i read you helping a guy with his tren gyno so why am i telling the expert
 
I'm old fashioned, of course, but I lift because I want to be BIG. I want stand out in a crowd, turn heads, scare children. If people ask you "do you workout" when you wear street clothes, then you ain't big enough. And I bet nobody is asking you that now, right? (I know, the B. Pitt, good lord Ed Norton look is in vogue somewhere, but not where I lift.)

So I think you are on the right track entirely.....hell, I think you should bulk some more. #1 mistake made by young weight trainer's is to start right out on those stupid endless routines and contest diets in the muscle mags. You got to have MASS before there is anything to cut unless you want to end up back where you started, but toned.

Successful bodybuilding is an endless series of bulking and refining over many years, with the goal being to comeback each time to the desired bodyfat % while adding new muscle each and everytime. As you get older, it becomes a matter of a few pounds a year........as you reach your maximum genetic potential.

Now, I know its summer and you need to get on the pussy hunt, but toward the fall, do this again with a shitload of androgenics, skip the "volume training" and go short and heavy on the workouts.....and eat any damn thing you want. Get real big and then trim it back some later. It's easy to cut, not so easy to be big and ripped. I usually put on 15 to 20 pounds in the winter....I was 247 in Jan, that avatar is back to 235.

Also, I can tell from the shoulder to waist differential that you are not fat, in fact you have great genetics to get real good at this, so quit your complaining.

Seriously, you have size bro. I know how you feel about needing to be lean. I can't stand not being 6% anymore and it makes it very hard to bulk like I should, and I'm about 10% or less even - I dunno really. Sigh. Anyway, give it another 7 weeks or so of dieting I say, then get back to the bulking. It's a vicious and endless circle. LEt me just say though, that when dieting, to get where you want, it is ALWAYS more weight than you think you have to lose to get the look you want. It always ends up that way and it sucks.
On another note, you have smegma breath.
 
Looking thick bro. I usually cut during the summer, but this year I stayed bulking all the way. Maybe I'll cut next year after I reach 200 lbs. I agree with Ironmaster, Bulking is so much better. I love that feeling of going out to the club and having people say damn, you've gotten huge! Or to see all the heads turn.

I don't believe your BF is too high. Just some minor tweaking will get looking cut and with the same mass.

Jesus I woke up and had all these replies.

RG, thats true about the tren. I have done 75mg/ed before and loved the results, and had no sides at all. My sex drive increased, my skin cleared up, in other words it was perfect. Before I went to bed last night I went over all the fina research I have loaded on my computer, and decided that I may do 1.5cc/ed for perhaps 8 weeks, maybe increasing it to 2cc/ed around weeks 4-6. I have done 75mg/ed on two occasions and my sex drive increased, my skin cleared up, in other words it was perfect. Thanks for the reply.

First of all, thanks for the reply. Coming from someone of your stature it is an honor to have you posting on my thread. Lord knows I wish to look half as good as you when Im your age.

Believe it or not, when I wear regular clothes, I get compliments all the time. Idunno, maybe the pics look different, or maybe its the fact that I go to a pussy college with no sports teams.

In either case though I understand your reasoning. I am not on a pussy hunt by any means...I dont do this for chicks (already got one) I do it for myself. Thing is, I have spent the past 8 months eating anything and everything in an attempt to gain some size, and it has worked. Naturally and drug related, I have put on about 45 pounds in the past 8 months (started at 165 at 6%bf). I just figure it would be a time to shed 4% of bf to get a better idea of what particular areas I have to work on, given the fact that it the muscles are easier viewed when the bodyfat percentage is relatively low.

And, you pretty much read my mind for this winter.

In the first sentence of my post I stated that I wasnt really competing...only against myself.

i didnt have trouble breathing but when i was on fina the pumps were so strong in my calves that by the time i was done w/ a short run (3mi) i'd just fall over from pain.(literally)
