i love it, cheap, has 25g per serv but have to add fat free pudding or somtin for flavor. thats what i do and its great. 1/2 pack pudding for 50g prot.

havent tried milk, but i use 3/4 cold water, 1/4 chocolate milk and a spoon of natty peanut butter, yummmmmmmmmmmmyyyyy

i use pb too and its da shit. i love it. it does mix well with milk also if you like that.

Oh well, I guess I'll stick with Optimum's 100% Whey. It's not that big of a difference in price for a 10lbs bag. Maybe, $10.00 more, but at least it has different flavors to choose from.
