Tying up some loose ends at work before I go on vacation. In half day tomorrow then out for a week to Hawaii. Yeah...I probably could've been done and gone by now if not for EF...DAMN! :evil:

Just got home from yoga a while ago and had some dinner. Now I'm playing here for a smidge and then crashing. I get up at 445. It's not worth it to stay up much past 10.

I used to get up at 4:30 a.m. Hated it. Never got used to it, no matter what time I went to bed. Now I get up at around 5:30 and still hate waking up and never go to bed early enough.

Because many of them are in another forums or basically they dont mainly post in C&C but here just to read and find out informations.

Peanut butter/jelly on whole wheat bread and some skim milk. Just a snack. Gotta feed the muscles. I burnt a lot of calories mowing the yard.

I am starving... looks like I might have to make me a shake otherwise cardio will be a b*tch tomorrow!!!... Damn pre comp dieting, I forgot what starvation felt like for while ( off season was too good to me)... :evil:

I've been out to the wee hours of the morning the past few nights. I've taken yesterday and today off...gotta get back to the diet tommorrow.

I was sooooooooooooo hungry I couldnt wait to make the shake so I went for the Raw Almond Butter.. I ate 1 tbspn, I should be good for the rest of the night!!! :p

As I read the above comment I am staring at my 20 oz bottle of ice cold water which I just washed by almond butter down with :worried:

You suck!!! ;) and why am I still up!!!!

I usually do have fun here. I had more fun Saturday night with the boys, but I can't do that very often.
