What is your 1 rep max for bench-press (include your stats, height and weight)?

I want no one who has ever taken steriods even once to respond.

I just got up 335Lbs. Never did steriods ever. Who can top that? There's got to be a few people who can top that, hopefully.

Also, my stats are 6'4", 225 lbs.

THATS ACTUALLY A DECENT WEIGHT BUT YOU SOUND A LOT LIKE YOU ARE TYING TO BRAG ABOUT THAT. THATS NOT REALLY BRAGGING WEIGHT IF YOURE 6-4 @ 225LBS.

290 lbs, bodyweight around 205 lbs at the time, 6 feet tall. These days I have no idea...

It also took me about 3 months of focusing primarliy on bench press to get it up that high (up from 210). Damn, that was a lot of work...all I did was eat, sleep, and bench. lol

Anyway, I know that's just a pussy weight to most of the guys around here, but I'm happy with it.

I PERSONALLY WITNESSED THIS KID IN MY GYM (HE WAS 17) DO 405LBS FOR REPS. HE HAS NVR DONE STEROIDS IN HIS LIFE.

I WORK UP TO THAT...THATS NO WHERE NEAR A ONE REP MAX. I DONT GO TO FAILURE CUZ IF I DID, I WOULDNT HAVE ANYTHING FOR THE REST OF THE CHEST WORKOUT. I START GOING TO FAILURE ON INCLINE MOVEMENTS.

BESIDES, WORKING UP TO 375LBS FOR 6-8 REPS @ 220LBS IS DAMN GOOD. STEROIDS OR NO STEROIDS. HE DOESNT SEEM TO REALIZE THAT.

Kayne don't get excited and angry about this. If you need to feel better I'll give you my stats and my lifts if you'd like. Then you would feel like a king to me:)
 
At 180lbs, I lifted 315 off the rack, held it there for a second or two, then racked it. This required a good five minutes worth of psyching myself up, along with a whole crowd of people around firing me up calling me a bitch and slapping me in the face. After I racked the weight, I jumped up and bit into the heart of a dead moose that was lying next to the bench and then held the heart up for all to see. I think putting chalk all over my body in cropdust circle-esque patterns prior the lift gave me the extra edge I was looking for. After I finished the lift, I signed all 6 plates and gave a speech up by the squat rack. The bench was set on fire out in the parking lot in a ceremony which involved the sacrificing of two virgin fitness bunnies and a small chicken.

NOT EXCITED ONE BIT......315 FOR REPS AT 180 (18 Y/O) IS A PRETTY GOOD LIFT ME (WHEN I WAS 18).

THIS FOOL DOESNT SEEM TO REALIZE SOME THINGS. THATS ALL.

I HAVENT DONE JUICE IN QUITE SOME TIME AND I'M DOING THE SAME WEIGHT AS HIM AND I'M 20LBS LIGHTER.

Lifetime natural and my heaviest bench was 335lbs at 205lbs bodyweight. Also at that weight I was squating maybe 555lbs couple a couple of reps. I'm about 190lbs. Not quite as strong but I look much better.
 
My old training partner is 100% natural and just set the canadian bench record with a 550 bench, he also squats over 800 and deads over 700, so you might want to investigate a bit before you start bragging about your "all natural" lifts and putting down others mg121708.....

starting any thread that excludes either naturals or gear users is a recipe for drama. this one got the gear-using crowd a rumblin'. maybe next we can start arguing about whether or not to use straps when deadlifting.

Not quite, he's 5'7" and around 285lbs, hell, I'm just under 5'9" and 230lbs
 
I'm 19 6"4", 170lb, and have just started working out 2 months ago. I don't have a spotter so I never did my max, but I did do 200 lb 10 times. According to some calculators that's in the realms of 260 lb.
