All in 12 weeks!!! Deca and?

First of all I would like to say that I am 20 years old.
Like every one else I want to gain muscle and lose fat and I am concerned about possible heatlh effects. This is the first time I will be doing a cycle.
I am 170
10% body fat
I basically want be at a weight of 185 and I would like to lower my body fat to about 5%
How do I go about doing this. I have 12- 15 weeks inwhich to do so?
My guess was to do deca (300ml) for the entire 15 weeks
The first 8 weeks I would have a weight gaining diet
From week 8 to week 15 I wanted to use winstal along with deca and change my diet to a cutting diet? I do not know if this will work well?

Does anyone know of a better way??
 
First of all from personal experience deca is not very suitable for cutting. I would suggest you use 75mg tren ED, 50mg Winny depot ED + T3, this will cut you up and gain you a few pounds.
 
If you are concerned with health effects a lot, I would avoid the Cytomel (T3). Dont run your drugs for more than 12 weeks ... you will be looking at a long and difficult road to post cycle HPTA recovery ...

aight I begining to undestand.
If I will be working in a 12 week period and
I'm looking to achieve 2 things:
1.Gain Muscle
2.Lose fat
In terms of the 12 weeks how will my time be distrubuted
Or perhaps they cna be done simaltainiasly(at the same time)?
 
People always say not to use deca for cutting. I believe they say that only because it makes you hold water for a period of time. In my experience, deca leans me out considerably after clomid therapy and the water weight is gone. I also tend to not hold water on deca if I eat clean while I'm on. I think that you would be pleased with deca and winny. I'd run the deca first and the winstrol for the last four weeks of deca and two weeks beyond. Then hit clomid therapy immediately after the winny.

I might of had some unrealistic expectations
how about going from 170 to 175 and droping the 5% in BF?
Also keep in mind that I want to use an as that inwhich i will be able to keep as much of the results as possible.
AS's that allow the retension of water will lead to weight loss after the cycle is complete. What AS allows for the least retention of water, thus the least weight loss (post cycle)?
