why do all of todays top sprinters use HGH? besides the fact that it is undetectible what else would a track athlete get out of using this. i understand that it actually goes beond genetics and creates new muscle fiber and promotes extreme fat burning effects, but does it some how also speed up muscle contraction time or force?

Damn, bulk.....190 posts in 2 years.....you must have a real life.
The scientific research on GH and athletes is non-existent. Yarashski studied weight lifters in a very limited setting in 1999....I've never seen a study relating to track athletes. I would expect that they use GH for all the reasons you mentioned based on anecdotal evidence, and also, for the benefits in bone and ligament density - fewer injuries. In a sport where the margin of victory is measured in fractions of a second, any edge will be pursued.

ya, i know my post # is low, but that is because i usually spend most of my time reading other peoples posts or using the search, instead of posting every stupid question that comes to mind. i spend a lot of time scrolling through this board. anyway your right about everything u said, but isn't there some chemist or vet on the board that could possibly tell me the actual scientific reason why gh would help contractile reaction time or force in a muscle, or y it would make one faster. i know there's something too this because pro track guys have been using it for the last decade. i just want some kind of reason behind this, before i go dumping $3,200 for an 8 month cycle that might do me no good. there was a post back a week or so about contractile force, i think it talked about winny and halo but it never touched on G.H.? thanks for any info, and sorry for being so difficult, i realize that this could go unanswered, but hopefully not.
