This goes to all the bro's who put up with all my questions and helped me along the way.

I am glad that I have a place to come to when I need direction. We all know that this lifestyle is not for everyone and many people look down upon it, But in regards to you my bro's... I am glad there is a place for us

To go when we need some insight. I am about to finaly start my second cycle in the morning, and it has been a long fustrating road to get all the information that I needed. I have had gear on me for the longest time, yet I did not fall through and just take it because I wanted to be more informed on what it will do, how it will do it, and all the other questions that starting to invade my mind. It has been about a good two years since my first cycle, and that one I did with no information about what I was on or how to do it. I even ended that cycle with trib for recovery.

But a big thx to all the bro's on this site for helping me decide what to take and how to take it. I will place my stats on here and keep this one posted to show my progress through this cycle.
here is the cycle...Although not a big one, it will give me the look I want for preps untill the next cycle....

after reading this post let me know what you think... I think I might finally be ready to change my name to something more fitting.....I am still a newbie_ yet I think I have earned the right of passage now...carma??

week one also front load Decca
decca I have two 50mg amps
also a 10ml/300mg (ttokyo)

so week one the 2 50gm amps/along with one shot from the 10ml/jar

SO THIS IS WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
weeks 1-4
5mg yellow winny thinking 20mg morning and again in afternoon.

week1
400mg decca

week 2-8
Decca @ 300 mg

week 1-8
Sus 250

clomid at week 10-12
300mg first day
100mg for the next 6 days
and finish it with 50mgs


also start clen/eca week10-16
2weeks on two weeks of

what do you guys think about holding off on the clen/eca for a few weeks??? that would give his body a little more time to get used to the extra muscle mass before going into fat burning mode... just seems like this would help hold more of the gains from the cycle instead of burning a lot of them up unnecesarily by starting the eca/clen so soon.

A nice easy low dose cycle(finally someone who doesn't give in to the more is better attitude on one of their first cycles!). I would change just 1 thing. I would run the winny during the second half of the cycle to help harden up your gains from the sust and deca.

Glad to see that you took the time to educate yourself before starting. if i could give you karma i would.

BTW i know it is a low dose of test but you should keep some nolva or arimi on hand just in case. And I am susceptable to prog induced gyno from deca so if you get itchy nips try the nolva and add the winny in to try and curtail the prog gyno if the nolva doesn't help!

and as for my bf% it's probly high...I work at a fitness fecility so I will be checking my BF% tonight....I will keep you posted.

Well bro's I am very bumed out....I went yesterday to my job (sports fecility) and asked a buddy of mine to do the BF% count on me....

he told me

"For your age and your hight, you are Fit"

WTF. is fit?? am I a fat ass or what??

he then tells me that I am at arrrrrrrggggggg'

how is that good, when all I have read is to get at around 15%??

-ok-...I am eating a good diet now, but my question is, what does 20% look like when converted into the LBS that I need to loose?

I am 5' 10 1/2 and weigh in at 187-190lbs

should I loose 10lbs now before I start my cycle????
this puts such a damper on me right now...I was so pumped to start..and yet another thing decides to jump inmy way...WTF!

To the bro's that know about #'s
what do I need to loose???lbs wise, or with the cycle I am about to do it will be fine to just do it, while sticking to a clean diet?

I am probably not the right person to ask about losing fat... I always had super fast metabolism. That is why I eat like mofo (everything that moves or doesn't move) and don't gain much fat. I mean, now I'm at 5-6 % bf. 5'10, 175...
I would probably hit cardio just for few months, if I would be you... And watch the diet...
After that I don't think winny, Sust and Deca in those doses would be too bad... I would run Liquidex with that thou...

Sust and Deca after hitting cardio should be fine. Watch your diet as well...

Juice is not an answer to all problems. I gained almost 25 lbs before I considered using juice...

So, in my opinion, hit running and other shit first... at least for few months. intensively... it will work...

You could just start the cycle, but I'd get down below 16% first if I were you. Unless it's a 'cutting cycle' which is not common or an easy thing to do properly.

To figure out all those numbers, assume you're 190lbs. If you're at 22% BF at 190lbs, then your total fat is 190 * .22 = 42lbs To get down to 16% BF you'd need to lose 15lbs of fat, and NO muscle.
e.g. 190lbs - 15lbs = 175lbs., 42lbs - 15lbs = 28lbs
28lbs / 175lbs = 16%
175lbs * .16 = 28lbs

When you think of it in those terms, you realize that just to get down to a 'reasonably' respectable BF%, you need to lose 15 solid pounds of fat. I think it's time to start cutting, bro. I hope this helps.

Well I guess it's more water, and more cardio.....I play squash about three times a week at about 1 1/2 hours each time..then after I hit the tread mill for a good 30 min at "fat burn" then I do some weight training....I eat healthy....I guess it's just going to take more time....I guess I am just affraid that all this is due too the last cycle, and am scared that it will just stay in the gut....but I will do cardio for the next month or two hard...and see what happens.

Newbie, lift before cardio. If you're playing a sport, then lift on days you don't play. If that's not an option, then lift in the morning. Lifting post-cardio is just counter-productive.

bro, I'm glad you understand that time is on your side... there is no hurry... everybody can start using AAS, but what is the reason doin that without understanding how they work and when is the right time start doing that.

I feel so honard....

I do thank each and every one of you for all your input...my diet is well, as I have been doing research on my (AAS) I have also been on the diet boards for the same amount of time....this is what it looks like for me...keep in mind I will be changing up all meals after breakfest, just to add some type of change...so I don't get to tiered of eating the same stuff....

MEAL 1
1 1/2 cup of oatmeal. (the plain box)
5 eggwhites and some times an eggyolk..
1 bannana (the fruit has the most carbs)
and large glass of OJ

MINI MEAL 1
Small can tuna, iether by it's self right out the can with the water(yum yum) or mixed with yellow pepper/green pepper, and tuffed into red pepper...(and maybe a protien bar.) a tiny portion of mixed nuts

MEAL 2
Two chiken breast grilled/romaine with oil and vinegure
or
two chiken breast and 1 cup of steamed veggies

MINI MEAL 2
Can of tuna (the small personal size can...not sure what the (oz) is) and protiene shake. ( I know real food is better but keep in mind I switch up everything alot...I am just trying to give you an idea of what I eat..)

MEAL 3
2 sward fish steaks, and 1 1/2 cups of steamed veggies
and mabe a sweat potato.

MINI MEAL 3
since this meal is usualy right before bed I usaly dont eat more then 4 oz's of any type of meat/ weather it be tuna-steak-chicken-fish-or what have you..


-ok- bro's that is what my day looks like, not every day but it is some what the same... the only thing I add to this is 1 tbl spoon of flax in the morning and one at night.

I am going to start my bcaas, my carnitine, and my multi vitamin as well,and I drink about 1 1/2 gl of h20 through out the day..to make it easy for me I drink the large fat bottle of polland springs water..
4-6 times a day..one for morning meal....then one for second meal and so on....


I have to say that by all means I am not a big big body builder....but I am glad there is a place for people to come and learn about things like this...
it is illegal to use and sell and all that, but no matter what people are going to do it....

I am just glad that I can be better informed before I do something you know....

nothings worse to do something and not know what could happen....just think if there was a forum like this for crack heads....there might not be any....

I have always known I wanted to try steroids...since I was in 9th grade....but I am glad I did not just do it when it was there...I'D be bald and have no nuts right now....

don't ask questions untill you read....and when you think you read enough...read some more....it's like eating eggs....I hate eating 5 egg white...and when I think I eat enough I still have half a plate left....I have eggs falling out of my ears and I think the folicals of my hair are eggs now.......lol.........
