alittle help plz....

hey guys I know its not a direct steriod question but I'm always on this forum anyways so. And People here eat differently than others so I'm sure this won't offend to many.
My question is how many cal/pro/supplements and all I should be consuming while on a bulking cycle. I know the 2 grams protiend per pound and all but just wanted to here what you guys think. I see some people saying they get over 4000 calories a day but they are like 225lbs. What should my bulking diet be while on a cyp/dbol cycle be for me who is 5'6" 165lbs.? thanks for any info on this guys and if you reply thanks for understanding.

for a man your size 3500 cals is good with 300 gs pof protien that sounds good tey 4000 cals if you can just make sure your eating clean with lots of water and ALA!!
 
Do a search bro. If you spend an hour or so there, you will have your question answered. There have been many posts on how to calculate what your maintenance calories are. If you are doing a cycle and want to put on some size you'll need to eat about 25% more than that. If you find you're not gaining, eat more. If you're getting fat, eat less.

Don't put too much stock in what I've said though. I tend to go by feel which is hugely individual and if you don't know how that feels you need some more experience. If you want to make a science of it like many people do, you'll get your answers in your search.

thanks bro, I just was seeing if there was something I should be shooting for. I understand and know what your saying but I was just asking for opinions. Gonna get some sleep and tommorow I'll look into more diets. Pardon my post taking up alittle space on this forum fellas.
