hey, can somebody check out www.ironhousegym.com and reccomend what type of creatine to order from there with few calories?? If your going to use creatine you should definitely go with creatine ethyl ester...so on this site, that would be BSN's Cellmass. CEE has less bloat and is more effective. Also, the Cellmass doesn't seem to have any sugar.
