How many days before a show do you begin with it and at what dosage??? Do you mix it with another diuretic???

I stacked it with dyazide pills, and dandilion. I have it writen down at home. When I get back from work I'll sent it over. If I forget, e-mail me. If you need to know right now, I can roughly remeber that you run it for 5 days ( two pills daily). What dosage are your pills? I took it for three days but it was only for a photo shoot. You can take it on weekends during summer months just to keep water levels down. But there are some risks in doing that long term.
