what's the best way to recover from a night of drinking. i'm not talking about hangover, but the body itself. running? water? i'm visiting some friends this weekend and i'll most likely be drinking a lot each night, and i want to minimize any muscle catabolism. thanks
 
lots of water
caffeine and aspirin
a strict and clean diet
... and some workout
 
drink an assload of water before going to bed, after a night of drinking. My freinds pop some asparin at that time too. Try Those Chaser pills, they worked for me.
