Since I've been accessing these boards I've seen countless threads posted regarding alcohol/juice.
I'm here to tell you that I have done several cycles, of which the details such as, quanitities/duration aren't really important.
But what is important is the quality and keepability of hard earned strength, and thus muscle.
Although I'm a devout believer in everything in moderation. I have concluded, after empircal experimentation- that the consumption of alcohol while in persuit of strenght/muscle gains via, AAS, or otherwise is a complete waste of time and money.
What I mean is I have done cycles doing everything right. quanity of AAS including timing of administration nutrition rest, and what have you. And my gains were say, OK at best.
Whereas I have done cycles- (most notably this last one). With no alcohol/ primo nutrition/suppliments. And my gains are phenominal, and even a little freaky to say the least. And After being 6 weeks out, comming down of course with clen, prov, hcg, clomid and other such suppliments. I have been maitaining a very large percentage of my strength and size. To the point where I almost can't believe it in comparison to other cycles I've done
The thing is though... a little fat came with that last weight gain. And now I'm confronted with the challenge of shedding the fat while keeping the muscle.
But hey guys, isn't that what its all about in the end. (That is: not so much the aquisition as much as it is the persuit)
(Basically though, drink+AAS=0)
