I love my beer, but while on i limit it to a couple beers a week, then maybe a good night of heavy party time once every few weeks.. you start hitting it 2-3 times a week you WILL NOT be getting the most out of your cycle, and i dont care what anybody else says on that, cause im living proof and so are most of my bros,,,,, we all gave up the booze for the most part at the same time roughly and all of our gains have improved alot,,,,,
have a couple beers on a fri night, no biggie its when you get smashed on fri, sat, then maybe wed,,, then steroids are not for you imo.......
