Iam taking it now, and I love it. No jitter, shakes, or anxiety. I started at 4mg 3x daily and Iam upto 8mg 3x daily. I wouldnt go over 24mgs per day.

puravida, how long you running it for? is the half life that short that you need to do 3 instead of 1 or 2x per day?

No the half life of albuterol is allot shorter than clen. I believe its 1-2 days. The sticky article from anthony roberts recomend to spread them out 3x daily so thats what Ima doing. I would be a little nervouse to take 12mg in one shot, that could give me an overstimulant effect and give me the jitter or anxiety.
