OK, I know I'm going to get bombed on for this one. You didn't know at one point either.I'm looking for info on ALA, what it does, etc. Please don't tell me to search I have. Type ALA into the search engine and see what happens. It's maddening. I went through many pages and all were from people who already know what it does discussing results, dosages, etc.
