ALA while juiced to the gills

what is the rec. dosage for ALA? also consume after every meal (not including shakes)?

I was taking 2 caps per meal that had carbs in it. I was using R-ALA,don't know if it makes a diff.

mine is 100mg per pill - says to take one pill per meal. if I were to sit down and eat a 750g container of cottage cheese (as I do often at work for a quick snack) should I take the ALA then too? even though there is basically no carbs in it.

i was using regular ALA...not R-ALA and had great results when i upped the dosage to 1500-2000mg..i was using about 300-400mg with each meal.
