ALA vs r-ALA: MY EXPIERIENCE

I purchased 3 bottles of r-ALA....100mg

I also purchased 2 bottles of ALA 500mg....

When i was taking ALA, i took about 2000mg for breakfast, lunch, & Dinner...total of 6000mg

Then, when i have snacks, i'll take 500-1000mg....depending on the sive of the snack..

I feel like a fat burning machine! I'm pissing...I'm shitting! MY BODY IS LIKE A FURNACE!

with r-ala...

I take like 1000mg per meal...

500 - 700mg per snack....

NOTHING...i just dont think it works the same...

Yea, i'm, taking more ALA than r-ALA but if r-ala is 3x stronger that ALA....then its almost the same amount.

Maybe its just the way my body is reacting....

ANYONE have the same expierience?
 
I've been using R-Ala 2-3 tabs before meals.I also havnt really felt anything physicaly but I didn't think you where supose too.

this is how your body gets rid of EXCESS nutrients. take too much of anything(well with many things) and you will get a similar effect. Your temp (eluding to the furnace issue) is likely off due to electrolyte excretion..

it is not healthy to take that much ALA (irrespective of which kind)
 
i can't believe the r-ala boys haven't posted there studies yet.:rolleyes: as i said a long time ago about this subject. things on paper don't always work the same in the real world.

actually bouncer the feedback has been very positive with respect to actual fat loss. Most people have been getting the same vascularity and pumps as with the higher doses of ALA. Without the hearburn and stomach distension.


though agree that things on paper may not translate..
 
Maybe Micro is right....

I am sure i was taking alot....

But regardless....i did lose weight.

I plateaued at 212.....for about 1 month....with this ALA....dropped to 198

I love the stuff and r-ALA didnt do the trick for me..

Again....this just might be my body...Everyone reacts differently

when did you stop ALA?
how much do you weigh now?
how long taking r-ala?
what weight at beginning of r-ala?
what do you weigh now?
how lean do you think you were at beginning of r-ala?
 
WHat is the secret dosage schedule for r-ala? Cornholio posted something somewhere -- Macro is there a "rule of thumb" to apply in r-ala useage?

actually it is still developing, but 100-200 mg with "regular meals" and 200-400 with "carb rich post work out drink or meal" seems to be a baseline to work from.. though some just take with post workout 200-400mg

as far as KETO???? no clue
