ALA usage

Do you think ala is safe for teenagers to use? Will it cause the pancreas to get used to producing less insulin and cause me to go hyperglycemic? after a long period of use (10 years) after i stop using it? couldnt find much info on this.

i wouldnt reccommend taking any supplement for 10 years... lol...

good point, at your age, your insulin sensitivity should be awesome so ALA is a waste of money.
