ALA question

I just got my ALA in the mail today from Beyond a Century and obviously it's in straight powder form. I was wondering if there was any particular reason everyone seems to be taking theirs via capsule form as opposed to leaving it in powder form. Is that done just because it's easier to pop a pill than dilute the substance? Or does it digest better in pill form? I can't imagine that it digests better as a pill than powder, but I thought I should ask some of you vets about it anyways. Thanks in advance for the help!

AHA!! taste.... didn't think of that. Better invest in a pill capper. Anyone know where I might find one for cheapo?? Thanks again Macro!

I just got my ALA from BAC today too. Along with carnosine, fruit antioxidants, green tea, and curcumin. They sell the cap-m-quick and empty gel caps. Works pretty well. But I can barely taste the powder if I hold a small amount of water in my mouth, dump the scoop of ala on the water, and then chase it down quickly with more water.
