Here is what you do. I am now doing it EVERY workout and NEVER
have any heartburn. About 20 minutes before I go to the gym, I
drink a carbo- force and 1200 to 1500mg's of ALA. The reason I
take it in about 20 minutes is because I also do a 10 minute
cardio pre-workout so I like to have a high blood concentration
at about 1/2 an hour later. If you do get the heartburn, just start
drinking some water. I was skeptical about hitting pre-workout
until Rangerx turned me onto it. Do it this way, you WON'T be
sorry.
