Ive backed off from 3g per day to about 1200mgs, and I quit taking it at night because I could not stop urinating in the middle of the night. I take it up until I work out-I have noticed it does not work as well with low carbs before training- I get a solid pump with it if my carbs are in place before the gym. One of the mods told me that the incredible feeling I was getting when I started would diminish after a period of time I found this to be true, as I am only supplementing high protien and glutamine, Iam clean right now. I think some of the guys are getting dramatic results while on a "cycle"
