Quick History:
Last Year I weighed 275 23-25% body Fat, now I am down to 214 14% BF, I am 6'2, all natural so far.
My Diet: (7-8 meals a day)
Calories - 2276.20
Protein - 248.60
Carbs - 112.60
Suppl:
Creatine
Glutamine
NYC (6 a day)
Trying to continue cutting down to 9-10% BF, I was wondering if ALA would help me, and what kinda dosages should I be taking?, I see people running 3g's a day but there carbs are also alot higher than mine, any help would really be appericated.
Btw - great board, i have learned a ton just reading over the past couple of months
