Ala Hope Im Not Screwed...

I got some Natures Purest ALA..300mg/180 count.. The thing is that the 300mg caps are the same size as the 100mg caps I had previously, Im guessing the 300mg pill is more concentrated..I know im a bit paranoid but how could you I tell if these are really 300mg pills without a lab test?

You could weigh the power inside, but then you will need a very precise scale, and you will have to assume the power is pure ALA, or the exact same mix of ala and what it is cut with. There is no real easy way to test it without a lab. Your assumption is probally correct though... That it is more concentrated in the 300mg pill.
