For all those who have tried Clenbuterol, ECA, yohimburn and havent received the results expected, try ALA. I've used all of the above with minimal results. For example while on ECA and yohimburn, I went from 19% body fat to only 17%. After these poor results, I started taking ALA and within 6 weeks I dropped from 17% to 10%. Currently, I am 6'0, 200lbs and 10%. I believe the ALA made the difference because my diet and training has not changed. Currently, I am taking 1g of ALA 3x/day. I highly recommend contacting [email protected] to try ALA for yourself!

ala gave me gastridis. i know it did cause the back of the bottle said it can cause it. the hospitol also said i had gastridis. too bad i never read the back of the bottle before i went to the emergency room:mad:

is this why our bellies pertrude and we feel bloated?

I'll give you a little med terminology here.

itis=inflammation, gastr/o=stomach

so its inflammation of the stomach.
 
1g 3 times a day? Is that correct? How much is in each capsule? I know the bottles contain 100g's. 100caps=100g's? 1g/cap?

If what you say is even close to being true, that's frickin' sick.

A 7% drop in bodyfat in 6 weeks is nothing short of revolutionary. Honestly, if you dropped 2% in six weeks, that would be quite excellent for not having changed your diet and routine at all.

I would LOVE to try ALA at 3grams/day, but alas, the shit gives me gastridis as well. Anyone have any suggestions?

prior to a meal that contains some carbs. Just do a search on usage of ala and you will find a plethora of information!:D
