ALA-caps or powder?

Ok anyone know a proof posative answer on this one? Also why is one better than the other?

You would need to cap your powder, if you bought it, since ALA is lost due to oxidization when not capped... So it's pretty much worthless, or at least MUCH less potent than when taken capped...

If it were capped, wouldn't the capsule dissolve? Then you are left with powder anyway, aren't you?

I would suggest capping it. I bought the powder and thought I would just add it to whatever, and that shit burns all the way down like you are drinking draino. I take mine in caps now, lol...
