Im gonna give in and give this ALA junk a try. I just read a nice little report on it and i guess I'll give into the hype. There are millions of posts on different dosages and when to take it. Ive read as low as 200mg per meal all the way up to 2000mg per meal. What is a good dosage to start with that will be effective without going broke?
