It is very expensive at GNC and it only comes in 50mg and 100mg caps. NOT worth it!!

IMHO, it's cheaper to buy it in bulk and cap it yourself. GNC is notorious for marking up already inflated prices from manufacturers. Kilosports.com used to sell ALA for just over 200 beans for a kilo, but I don't think they carry it anymore. I'm sure if you searched on the web, you could find another bulk seller.

My store actually marks up from normal GNCs even....it's a franchise and the boss royally fucks people over...we charge 23.99 or 60 100mg caps...no bs.

Thanks for the link, but the Kilosports product I was referring to was a 1 kilo tub of ALA, not 100 milligram caps. The tub was the better deal.
