ALA and Ketosis

Let me get this straight, you have to be carb depleted to take ALA at high doses?

and...this is just a weight loss drug right?

I am also interested, if you take with plenty of carbs you have no risk of going hypo right? Also, isn't going into ketosis for long periods of time bad for u, so should you cycle ALA?

....I'm getting ketosis while carbs are between 200-300 at 1200 mg of ALA.

I too am in ketosis while eating same amount (sometimes MORE)
carbs. I am currently taking in about 3 to 4 grams of ALA per
day though
