ALA and Heartburn

The past few weeks I've been getting really bad heartburn off the ala 500mg caps. I take one before a meal that has any type of carbs in it. I feel like my troat is on fire for about an hour after.

I've neer noticed it before. I'm also taking about 3g's of Aventa throughout the day/night

and yes hearburn is fairly common with racemic ALA (and only partly due to the high dosages needed)

Ya I plan on ordering that next. This stuff I'm taking now isn't r-ala I don't think. I think it is from AF froma while back.
