My last carb up day I took in around 400g of carbs and took a total of 3000mg of ALA and never left Ketosis. I ate Oatmeal as my first meal on the second day and forgot about it and it kicked me out. The first day I took 500mg with each meal of about 60g of carbs each and it kept me in lite ketosis.
I did test to see if I was still in before I ate the Oatmeal the 2nd day and I was. Stupid me just forgot.....guess I was tired.
