akins diet

hello i just wanted to know if someone can point me in the right direction on what to eat and what not to.. i am a N()()B when it comes to body conditioning and good diets. i hear that this diet is good. can someone help me.. thanks

Lots of Protein foods... Chicken, Steak, Fish.

lots of fresh veggies.

No bread or dairy.

That's my diet now. I think Atkins allows dairy.

Read my CKD manual, the ATKINS is just the CKD minus the carb up.

Seriously, check the stickies and the searches (been doing it for months and I am still no where close to exhausting the resources) I have found an amazing wealth of knowledge on this board and am constantly amazed at the new things I am exposed to and informed about. I considered myself pretty advanced, but this site and its members have really made me hungry to learn more and more.
