You won't be able to do your whole house with one of the above linked ones. It's for a 110square foot room. That's 10ft X 10ft. You need a unit that fits into the heating/air conditioning venting system of your house to do the job. Of course they are costly, but that is what works. The smaller units just do individual rooms and they are'nt even as good.
I have the Ionic Breeze Quadro Iput one in each of two rooms. You can smell the difference in air quality and see the dirt on them after their full, but i really don't know if they clean as well as they say. They don't have filters to change and their totally silent, so I'll keep them running 24/7.

when I get around to it I'll hunt down my consumer's report issue which covered them
