No such luck. The jury will be bamboozled by bullshit pseudo-science attempting to show the evil influence of food and how the corporations knew how tasty their product was. Not to mention that John Q. Public is predisposed to reject the concept of responsibility and to accept the idea that corporations are conspiring to harm him.

This was the inevitable following the tobacco lawsuits.
