Actually it's var tablets that have been crushed and made into a solution then sprayed on paper. It dries and the active substance stays on the paper.

The same UG lab that is making the new L rHGH depot carries LiquidVar but not PaperVar to my knowledge. There are only 2 different sources for PaperVar - both of which are out of Thailand.

You are correct, only it's just made from the powder-sandwiched between 2 sheets of paper, not crushed tablets-otherwise the paper would be too thick and there would be a bunch of unnecessary filler in there..
