Im having trouble ordering through ag-guys, i ordered a few days ago, the order hasnt arrived yet, i went to place another order today and its saying my transaction is denied. i know i have sufficient funds in my bank account, so i dont know what the problem is. can anyone help?

E-mail them with your info. They're great at getting back to e-mails. I'm actually about to place an order as I type this.

Did you use a credit card? You might want to check with your credit card company to confirm the transaction was not stopped for some reason. If the credit card company did not successfully complete the payment to ag-guys, then that would likely interfere with your order.

My orders with ag-guys are always handled reliably, but once or twice I did get a call from my credit card company requesting confirmation of the transaction. I think sometimes transactions with ag-guys set off warning flags at the credit card company. I'm not sure why that would be, because I always get their orders filled quickly and reliably. But that may be something you will need to checek into.
