AG Guys Novla question?

I just got my order from Ag-Guys. My friend got some LiquiNovla but it has crystals in it, what if anything can be done to fix it?

shake it up well, or heat up some water and put the bottle half, or a bit less in.

heat it up....plain and simple i pop the top off mine and put it in the micro for 3-4 seconds take it out put top on and shake it up...keep doing this process till gone,,,it works
