How should Arimidex be taken during a cycle. I will be on 700mg of test per week, 35mg d-bol everyday, and 500mg of deca per week. I have plenty of nolvadex. Will the arimidex be of any help to me? And if so how should I take it.

1/2mg should be good place to start with the Arimidex.

1/2mg-1mg ED is a good start, and it will help you...

1mg/ED of A-Dex or LiquDex will help prevent Gyno, and Bloat.

Yes, if you keep water retention down, your BP will not rise as much.... Start with .5mg per day, and see if you get water retention in the next few days..... If you do, just up the dose to 1mg per day..... I've gone up to 1.5mg per day while taking 1gm of Test per week, so you can go higher then 1mg if needed..... If I do go that high on the Arimidex dose, I like to add some Nolva, cause it helps with your lipid profile.....
