after t3

I know i'm bumpin an old thread here, but I'd like to know if anyone has had experience with this or can give some more info for coming off t3 in the safest manner. BTW...don't just say "dont use t3".

"off t3 in the safest manner"?? Opposed to what? I guess besides ramping down I wouldnt worry to much about kick starting your natural production as that will happen gradually. I have a lot of experience with t3 and I dont know why you would be told NOT to use t3..used properly you can get all the benefits from it...and yes I have had my thyroid levels checked after a t3 run and all goes back to normal...so not sure why people would advocate against it..those that do, I can gaurantee you have no real experience with t3 and are on some "band wagon" too sound like they know what they are talking about.

Thanks for the response. I guess I should have added in there that I would be ramping down. I should have asked if there was an added benefit to using those supps in addition to ramping down slowly? Like start using them as you taper down and continue to use them for like two wks or somethin?

And the reason i put that in there about "dont do t3" is so I didnt get any wasted responses. I too believe that just about anything can be used as long as it is done responsibly. BTW - swordfish, whats the highest dose of t3 you have gotten up to?

Personally I have never used those supplements..honestly never really found the need for them. Now do they work? They may, I cant comment on them if I havent used them, but maybe someone can chime in and let us know if its a waste or not...

Highest I have run is 100mcgs...NEVER had I need to run more then this when rammping..with a good diet and cardio you will see the magic..lowest I have run it and longest would be 25mcgs for 12 weeks straight (promotes protein synthesis) I was on a bulking cycle though so thats usually the only time I run T3 that long..but at a very low dose.
 
This will not be my first time using T3 but its been awhile and wanted to make sure I was updated on all my info. I was planning on gettin up to 100mcg's myself. How long can you stay at that dose and how fast did you ramp up/down?

I usually run a T3 ramp about 6-8 weeks...usually stay at 100mcgs for a week or 2..but no more then that..then gradually ramp down usually to 40mcgs...
