Has anyone on here had gyno surgery? If so can you get it again or are you able to "not" get gyno from there on out. I have pretty bad gyno for my size and would like to get it removed but im worried about getting again on my next cycle......

Umm, typically no you can't. Its not impossible though.

Sometimes a small portion ( I mean small) of the breast tissue is left to make sure the nipple doesn't sink inwards. That portion of the tissue can grow, but it usually does not.

Most of the time, the entire amount of breast tissue us removed and gyno is virtually impossible to get.

i thought if any amount of the gland was left that it could grow back. gotta remove the whole gland part

It depends on if the entire gland is removed,,,if not,,its possible for it to come back.

How would I get the entire gland removed compared to not? Does it look different are there any drawbacks I dont want my nipples to look weird at all.

If you have a well built chest, you will look fine. Ensure the doc knows to remove the entire portion of the breast gland.

I had it done, dabuffguy is on point. My left nipple sucks in depending on the flexing im doing, the right one does not. The right one is also a little sensitive when I cycle, and if I grab it I can feel a solid lump at all times. Less when I'm on cycle because my bodyfat drops. Make sure he removes it all.. I haven't had a puffy nipple yet though so I think the doc took most of what he had to out. I had mine done when I was 14 years old, i'm going on 28.
