hey bros lets say all your doing is v12 turbo and once you've finished off the container how long if at all should one wait before hitting it again?
after finising one container is there a off period?

SAN V12 Turbo is a Creatine-mix supplement so I usually advise people, using creatine, to use it on a four week on / four week off cycle. The SAN product is 50 servings per container so that would be almost the end of the first cycle. Try it again in another 4 weeks time.
Alot of guys though will stay on creatine for months at a time with no break. It is a personal preference. Just make sure you keep yourself properly hydrated at all times.
